Is peace attained from War??

Yes, thats my dilemma.
Is anything attained by doing something most contradictory to the thing sought for?
On my part, I did think it to be the solution.I have made my move in this sense.Thought that my actions will someday bring about remorse in the one I am after.Thought that everything would become peaceful, forever , through my war.
I was WRONG.
Nothing changed . My world still lacks the Peace I wanted.
Yes , there are brief spells of Peace.But , the War is far from over.
It rages on ..... , like me.
Never did I try to back-down, neither did the War, because ,I am a part of the War.
I am its strength, its Care-Taker,
I am its Manifestation.
Now I have no other choice but to continue it, because I don't see another way.
I have trodden this path & I must go on, if I want to end it.
But surely, Is Peace attained from War??
